Standard orders and personalized orders (including custom UV monogramming and custom top-lid box printing) are fulfilled within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).

02. Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We provide flat-rate expedited ground shipping throughout the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii:

• Standard Ground Shipping (UPS): $8.99 Flat Rate
• Complimentary Shipping: Free on all domestic orders of $100.00 USD or more (automatically calculated at checkout).

03. Canada Shipping Rates & Customs

We proudly deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories:

• Canada Standard Tracked (UPS): $20.00 Flat Rate
• Complimentary Canada Shipping: Free on all orders of $150.00 USD or more.
• Please note that Canadian customs, duties, and provincial import taxes (if applicable) are determined by Canadian border agencies.

04. Order Tracking & Delivery Security

Once your parcel has been received and scanned by UPS, an automated confirmation email with your direct tracking link will be dispatched. You can track your shipment’s real-time journey directly through UPS.com.

All fragrance decants are housed in protective, shock-absorbing custom inserts inside our signature rigid boxes to prevent light degradation, heat fluctuations, and impact damage during transit. If any decant arrives compromised or leaking, our 48-Hour Damage Guarantee provides an immediate complimentary replacement.
