EAU Decant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any of the designer or niche fragrance brands whose products are decanted on this website. All brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the sole intellectual property of their respective trademark holders.
01. General Overview & Agreement

02. Authenticity & Decanting Standards
We warrant that all fragrances sold on our website are 100% authentic, genuine original formulations decanted directly from manufacturer-sealed presentation bottles. We never dilute, alter, or blend with synthetic carrier oils.
03. Personalization & Custom Artwork
When selecting custom UV monogramming (up to 9 characters) or uploading top-lid artwork, you confirm that:
- You own or have full legal rights to use any image, logo, or artwork uploaded.
- Your text entry has been verified before checkout; we print exactly what is submitted.
- Because personalized items are crafted exclusively to your custom specifications, they are strictly non-refundable and final sale once processed.
04. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Prices are displayed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service if fraudulent or abusive transaction behavior is detected.
05. Limitation of Liability
EAU Decant is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities arising from the use of authentic designer or niche fragrances. Customers are advised to patch test fragrances on a small area of skin before widespread application.
